Outside my window... 60°F, 16°C, sunny and expected to reach 84 today....Squirrels are scampering, the grass is green and there's no rain in the forecast for several days...
I am thinking...I might as well do a blog post while I sit with my breathing machine for the next 30 minutes
I am thankful...for sunshine and green grass and birds on my feeder....friends and family and the love of God...
From the kitchen...a veggie tray, Tuna Salad, Croissants ready for lunch
I am wearing...jeans and a purple shirt
I am creating...laundry bags for the girls at Mercy Ministries
I am going...to host a workshop this morning
One year ago today...It was 71 degrees and we were expecting sunshine and a high of 82....we were getting lots of Zucchini and Spinach from the garden...I was working on the Best Friends block for My Favorite Things Quilt.....I was reading: Cutting For Stone....
I am wondering...how much longer this chest congestion is going to linger..I've been doing the nebulizer twice a day for over a week...I'm much, much better but not 100% yet.
These days I'm reading...And She Was....not a great book but has a lot of history of the Analaska Island people
I am praying...for my son and his family.....my sisters....Shorty Bear....some of my friends' issues with family members....for our workshop this morning.....
I remember when...I used to have allergy induced sinus infections instead of allergy induced asthma
I am looking forward to...getting lots accomplished at the workshop
A verse for today...
Romans 8:28 And we know that together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Discovering that....time is getting away from me...workshop starts in 25 minutes
I am hearing...just this machine
Around the house...Smokey is asleep on my bed.....coffee is brewing
Song that stays on my Mind...Always Loved by Me by Reba
A favorite quote for today...God is big enough to care for the smallest needs.
One of my favorite things...shopping online
A few plans for the rest of the week: nothing planned but I'm sure something will come up
From my photo file....
