Since Friday night, I've been experiencing sharp pains in my left, lower abdomen......It eases somewhat when I'm sitting down but comes back when I stand or walk....I think it is caused by some sort of Virus....at least I hope that is what it is.
Our niece and her family have been on vacation....while in Yellowstone, her little boy fell down on a mountain and had to be flown to Billings, Montana where he has undergone reconstructive surgery on his mouth and jaws. Although it has been upsetting for the family and painful for him, it could have been much worse.
We're enjoying a lazy day at home......I did, however, freeze a gallon and quart of Bell Pepper....
