Hodge Podge Vol. 144


1. July 24th is Amelia Earhart Day.  Earhart was the first female to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean.  What's something you've recently accomplished solo? 
prepared and canned 14 quarts of soup

2.  What's one product you use that never ever fails?
Clorox Disinfectant Wipes

3. Have you found your place in the world? Where is it?
Yes, anywhere my Honey Bear is....

4.  Worst movie you ever saw?
Training Day......I didn't watch more than 15 minutes....the language was so bad, I've always enjoyed Denzel Washington's movies but this one was disappointing.

5. What's the last fun thing you did?
Honey Bear and I sat on the back porch Saturday evening

6. The month of July is named for Roman Emperor Julius Caesar...ever been to Rome? What's your favorite Italian dish?

7. What is one piece of advice you'd offer new mom Kate Middleton?
Try to keep your children out of the public eye.....the world is obsessed with the Royals

  2. I used to use Clorax wipes everywhere all the time. Until I discovered that, for them to kill all the germs, it has to stay wet for 4 minutes. It never stays wet that long. There have been two early mornings this week that have been perfect for sitting on the deck. And that's exactly what I did. It was glorious!

  3. I see we both really dislike foul language in a movie! It's distracting, is disgusting and makes a movie no more than trash.

    I want to see Red 2...but will probably wait for it to be released on DVD. Cheaper.
