Outdoor Wednesday

This is what my first white Christmas looked like.

He's discovered the Squirrel's corn.

Dark Eyed Junco

Snowing in the Pines.

The snow on Christmas Day was a wet snow which quickly accumulated
on the Pine branches...we lost two limbs before Honey Bear went out and shook the branches to remove the snow.
The snow on the day after Christmas was a dry snow and didn't do this.

  1. Brrrrrr..brrrr. that look's cold!
My Christmas was a warm one in Florida, with the day after bringing a little flutter of snow flakes (melted long before they hit the ground - but for us that was a huge deal!). Thank you for visiting my site (you commented on my Simple Woman's Daybook post). Adored the cardinal photograph!

  10. I enjoyed seeing Huntsville's snow in your pictures! I haven't talked to my family there yet, my sister was at her daughter's house a few days.

    Happy New Year!
